Paul Carmody has been appointed Technical Services Manager in Q8Aviation’s technical team, which offers bespoke technical and consultancy services to aviation businesses across the world. As a chartered mechanical engineer, Paul brings specific expertise in engineering to the team.

Paul joins from Air BP where, as Facilities Integrity Leader, his role included setting standards for inspection testing and maintenance of fixed and mobile equipment worldwide; project managing infrastructure projects and leading the design of fuel hydrants. He also headed a global working group to establish standards for vehicle design, operation and maintenance and provided expert advice on the design and safe operation of cross-country pipelines.
