Q8Aviation has expanded its European refuelling network with the recent addition of Milan Bergamo and Istanbul airports, and has secured its first customers at each location.

Milan Bergamo, Italy’s third busiest international airport, increases Q8Aviation’s Italian network to 19 international and regional airports. Fuel will be supplied from Q8Aviation’s import facilities at Koper Port in Slovenia; the port’s excellent transport connections ensure a fast and reliable fuel supply service. The into-plane provider is Levorato Marcevaggi.

The impressive new Istanbul airport has been ranked for the past two years as Europe’s busiest airport in terms of passenger numbers. Q8Aviation is working with the airport operator  to expand its business at the airport.

Naser Ben-Butain, General Manager Q8Aviation, comments: “We are very pleased to add Milan Bergamo and Istanbul airports to our European portfolio.

“It was especially pleasing to meet the very tight timescale for launching our service at Milan Bergamo, which underlines the speed and flexibility we offer our customers.

“Istanbul airport is growing rapidly and offers enormous potential for growing our business. We look forward to building our operations and strengthening our ties with the airport over the coming months.”
