Q8Aviation has been voted Best Regional Marketer in Europe in the 2010 Armbrust Annual Survey, one of the most respected independent airline industry surveys in the world. As Q8Aviation could not be represented at the award ceremony in Los Angeles, Armbrust’s International Director, Keith Carter, visited Q8Aviation’s head office in Woking to present the prize personally to Toby Simmons, Sales and Marketing Manager.
We are delighted to receive this award, particularly because the voting is by those who matter most – our customers. It is fantastic recognition of the many people in our team who work hard to deliver a fast, flexible and reliable service, and it is great to see that this is appreciated by the airlines we serve.
Keith Carter says: “It’s clear from our survey that Q8Aviation has built a strong reputation for its outstanding service in Europe. With many companies withdrawing from jet fuel operations, it is good to see that Q8Aviation is going from strength to strength in this market, while continuing to offer an excellent service.”
Q8Aviation supplies jet fuel at around 50 airports in Europe, importing jet fuel through dedicated facilities at Le Havre, Rotterdam, Avonmouth and the port of Koper. Our European network is growing rapidly; additions over the past year include Vienna, Cologne, Charleroi, Frankfurt-Hahn and Leeds Bradford.
In the Armbrust Survey, now in its 15th year, airlines are asked to select the top international and regional marketers in five world regions as well as in over 20 service categories. The Armbrust Aviation Group acts as a consultant to airlines, airports, fuel producers and distributors, and government agencies; it publishes the monthly Jet Fuel Report.
