Olan has over 10 years experience as a JIG inspector and Technical Services Manager from his time with Air Total, and since joining Q8Aviation in 2016. During this time he has gained experience in product quality & operational requirements across the aviation fuel supply chain.

Since 2020, he has been the lead for all projects relating to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), and was appointed as SAF Manager in January 2022. Olan’s responsibilities include the procurement of SAF, ensuring that all chain of custody and traceability requirements relating to sustainability are met, assisting in the commercialisation of SAF, and working closely with key airline partners to meet their specific SAF requirements.
