Bill joined Q8Aviation in 2011 following a 23-year career in aviation operations, latterly as general manager of Stansted Fuelling Company and Stansted Into-Plane Company. As technical services manager, Bill provides a range of services, including training and aviation fuel facilities inspections, to companies at airports worldwide under technical services agreements. He is a qualified Joint Inspection Group (JIG) Inspector and a member of JIG Technical Forum.
