Q8Aviation has been voted Best Regional Marketer in Europe in the 2011 Armbrust Annual Survey, a highly respected independent survey which is unique in directly reflecting the views of airline customers on fuel operators’ performance. In the 16 years of the awards, Q8Aviation has won this prestigious title seven times.

A recent survey by Q8Aviation shows that customer satisfaction has risen sharply since 2009, following a series of measures we have taken to enhance our customer service.
